Ingredients 1 lb. Bass Fillet 2 ripe Avocados pureed 2 oz. Butter 1 tbsp. Lime Juice 11/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 2 tbsp. Salsa 1 tsp. Lemon Rind; grated 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Directions Mix lime juice, salsa, garlic powder and Mustard. Saute bass until tender: cover with pureed Avocado and top with Salsa mix
